Required Forms & Documents
- Application for Construction Permit (1-page form)1 original signed.
- Site plan (2 copies or sets): Site Plan with topography, adjacent building finish floor elevation, including existing and proposed elevation for drainage.
- Letter of Authorization from Property Owner (1 original): Signed and notarized letter of authorization from the property owner where dirt will be placed.
- Erosion Control Plan (2 copies/sets): Required prior to commencement of work.
- As-Built Survey (2 copies/sets): As-built topography of the finished, restored site when work is completed.
